Many Liverpool fans have called for Jurgen Klopp to field his strongest possible team for tomorrow night’s FA Cup fifth round clash against Chelsea, in response to a This Is Anfield debate involving Karl Matchett, Guy Drinkel and Henry Jackson.

The former two both feel that the Reds should go with a strong line-up for the game at Stamford Bridge in order to try and bounce back immediately from the defeat at Watford and with preparation for next week’s Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid in mind, while Jackson would prefer a mixture of first team mainstays and fringe players to ensure that key men are protected. Liverpool fielded the youngest starting XI in the club’s history in their last FA Cup outing against Shrewsbury a month ago, with Klopp refusing to consider the first team regulars as that replay fell during the Premier League’s winter break. The Reds also had a much-changed line-up in the third round win over Everton, when Klopp made nine changes and handed debuts to three players, including Takumi Minamino.

With the Merseysiders still well on course to win the Premier League despite Saturday’s loss, and with the prospect of a first FA Cup quarter-final since 2015 in their sights, these Liverpool fans on Twitter want to see a strong starting XI against Chelsea tomorrow night:

Liverpool fans, would you like to see Klopp playing his strongest XI against Chelsea or should he make a good few changes with other fixtures in mind? Join in the discussion by commenting below!
