Plenty of Liverpool fans lapped up a compilation of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s seven goals so far this season after it was posted on the club’s official Twitter account @LFC.
The 26-year-old midfielder is the Reds’ most potent scorer outside of the first choice front three and he has specialised in long-distance goals, with four of his seven scored from outside the penalty area – three in the Premier League and Champions League, as well as his stunning Carabao Cup strike against former club Arsenal.

That goal came during a two-week purple patch which also included three strikes in the two Champions League clashes against Genk, one of which was a fabulous curled finish with the outside of his right foot in the 4-1 win in Belgium. He also scored in consecutive league games against West Ham and Southampton in the opening weeks of 2020.
Having recovered from a year-long injury absence to make 34 appearances this season and score some delightful goals, these Liverpool fans took to Twitter to laud Oxlade-Chamberlain’s impact in recent months after watching the compilation of his goals:
He can hit one, Oh he can hit one!
