Plenty of Liverpool fans have been lapping up a collection of “cute” images showing Jurgen Klopp from his youth after they were publicised in a video interview uploaded to the club’s YouTube channel.
In a feature interview with liverpoolfc.com (with a link shared on Twitter via @LFC), the Reds manager revealed how he has been putting down his time at home during the current UK lockdown. He has taken the opportunity to catch up with friends and family from his native Germany, who used a private messaging group to send him photos of Klopp as a baby, child and young adult, a gesture which the Reds boss very much appreciated.

The images featured in the video interview include one of a young Klopp playing outside what appears to be his childhood residence, one of him holidaying in Venice and one of him with a moustache enjoying a drink with friends.
