Liverpool have been backed to potentially ‘blow the bank’ for PSV Eindhoven striker Donyell Malen this summer and it’s got Kopites talking on Twitter at least.
Not exactly renowned for their splurging of cash in recent seasons, certainly not without a major sale financing the expenditure, the idea of Liverpool blowing any money seems somewhat farfetched.
However, the report from Italian outlet Gazzetta Dello Sport claims other suitors such as Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan are wary of the Reds’ interest in Malen.
A senior Dutch international, the 22-year-old has enjoyed a meteoric rise to prominence this term with 23 goals in all competitions.
Having impressed in his fledgeling career, these Kopites certainly want to see a move come to fruition this summer…

Boss little player. Can cover both wings and through the middle as well, would be nice to have another ‘Jota’ type player to rotate the front 3 and won’t cost 600 billion https://t.co/7iMfm4JIs8
