Liverpool are reportedly considering making a midfield signing in the summer transfer window and Palmeiras 21-year-old Allan is being linked today.
Allan Andrade Elias, commonly referred to as just Allan, has emerged as a target for Liverpool.

According to a report from Sports Boom journalist Ekrem Konur, Liverpool have entered the race to sign 21-year-old Allan from Palmeiras. The Brazilian has been the subject of many scout reports from a variety of clubs over the last several weeks.

There is interest from a range of clubs. Liverpool head Premier League interest while MLS outfit Inter Miami are doing their best to attract him to America.
Konur reports: “His physical resilience and tactical versatility have impressed scouts. Palmeiras are open to bids around €30m–€35m, but they are determined to keep him for the Club World Cup.
“Allan has two paths to greatness: a direct move to Europe or joining Inter Miami before making a big European transfer.”
Liverpool and Inter Miami are not the only interested parties with Napoli, Newcastle United and Benfica previously credited with a desire to sign Allan.

The majority of the world’s best players will be in attendance, and most of them will prefer to leave their transfer negotiations until the end of the tournament in July. This means that Liverpool need to make sure to get their transfer talks done as soon as they can to avoid the uncertainty of the summer ahead.
They’ve done this already in signing Jeremy Jacquet from Rennes for £60m even if their initial aim was to sign him in January.
