COMMENTARY
Liverpool youngster Curtis Jones shared a behind-the-scene picture, via his Twitter account, of himself taking advice from Jurgen Klopp in training, and some Liverpool fans were thrilled over seeing the 18-year-old midfielder working so closely with the German manager. One Reds fan claimed they’d do anything to work with Klopp as he is “the master”, while others were just happy to see Jones buckling down and heading in the right direction when it comes to his first-team chances. The Reds teenager has featured twice this season for the senior side, with Klopp opting to utilise him in the EFL Cup clashes with Arsenal as well as MK Dons. Jones didn’t get to start the 5-5 draw with the Gunners, which was his latest outing for the senior side, but he did make a memorable impact. The 18-year-old entered the game in the 54th minute and impressively managed to make two key passes as well as completed two dribbles, as per WhoScored, before showing he had nerves of steel by scoring his penalty in the shootout. So with that in mind, hopefully, it won’t be long before Jones gets to show more glimpses of his talent for the first-team.

This is lovely to see, so pleased for you that you are learning from the best in the business. A friend, and teacher, but not your best friend. Soak it up Curtis while you can #YNWA
