IT has been obvious so far this transfer window, that Liverpool FC mean business. It appears Brendan Rodgers and his team have learned from their mistakes of letting things linger last summer as they seem poised to act quick this summer.
Lessons well-learned, indeed, but their recent activity also reflects the time they’ve had to put their assets in place in order to scout talent. Fans should be well encouraged by the early activity and commitment of the management.
Liverpool have already brought in Kolo Toure and have concluded deals for Luis Alberto and Iago Aspas. Furthermore, the signing of Simon Mignolet from Sunderland was completed this week and rumours continue to abound surrounding the potential signings of Christian Atsu from Porto and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Depending on who you ask, certain of these players bring with them more upside than others but as with any unknown they also bring anticipation and excitement, something Liverpool have perhaps been lacking as of late. The club will certainly be sellers in the market too, which will increase the budget available to Brendan Rodgers this offseason.

a good deffence is essential to build a dominant team.as liverpool will be playing smooth attacking football ,they need to make sure their defence is rock solid.if unfortunately they fail to sign any of their young targets ,they should at least sign another experienced premier league defender .
How about lescott if the price isn’t too prohibitive?
Yea lescott wld be a nice addition, kinda fancy him
