When a streaker runs onto the pitch it is usually funny for the first few seconds as they dance around like a drunken uncle at a wedding before it all gets a bit boring and you want them gone.
And that’s exactly the thought of Ashley Vickers during this Conference South game. A man wearing a mankini entered the field and was doing a good job of avoiding the stewards until Dorchester’s player/ manager delivered a rugby tackle worthy of this summer’s Rugby World Cup. With the stewards thanking him for helping out and the moron being carried away, all that was left to do was to give Vickers his marching orders for doing what we all wanted.
