I’m don’t think I’m alone in thinking that one of the most surprising events of the season is the continued employment of the worst manager in the Premier League. I have struggled for some time to work out who knows less about football: Steve Kean or Blackburn’s owners? I don’t care how good a coach Kean may be he is an abysmal tactician and his only win of the season came against a shocking Arsenal team who managed to score two own goals in one game. The only explanation for the Blackburn owners’ persistence with the gawky Glaswegian is that they are viewing an inverted version of the Premier League table.
