Quantcast

Roy Keane

|

Manchester United legend, but an outspoken and dirty player on the pitch, Keane was often feared and slated by opposition supporters. In 2001 however, Keane deliberately jumped in knee high on Manchester City’s Alf-Inge Haaland causing serious injury that would ruin Haaland’s career, with Keane calling it an act of revenge for a previous incident between the two. Constantly receiving bookings and sending’s off for terrible challenges and altercations with opponents, Keane was thought of as a bad boy by many.
