The West Ham manager always has cameras on him while standing on the touchline at Upton Park but he must wish this camera wasn’t here for this photo. A huge head of hair and moustache go well together but the Millwall shirt makes this a tough picture to look at, but the long term Bolton player and manager fully deserves a place on the list for the amount of grooming that must have gone in to that look.
