Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has revealed how Fernando Torres explained his decision to him for wanting to leave the Reds for Chelsea:
“He explained that it was difficult for him to say things right in a second language, as he comes from Spain,” “For me, what he explained was that he wants to win trophies now and he thinks he has a bigger chance with Chelsea. We can only say we hope he is wrong.”
Kuyt also stated that he would like to see Kenny Dalglish take the position of Liverpool manager on a permanent basis.
