Italian newspaper Leggo are reporting that Liverpool are chasing Napoli striker Ezequiel Lavezzi. It states that the Italian club fear a bid from the Reds at the end of the season. The Argentine has been on good form this season, helping Napoli to second in Serie A, and has scored 7 goals in 26 games. The 25 year old forward is currently earning less that €2million a year, according to Leggo, and Liverpool are willing to give the player a salary bettering that by €1million if he joins the Merseyside club in the summer.
