Tom Ince Match Report vs Watford

8th Feb – Liverpool 0 – 1 Watford ( FA Youth Cup) – A disappointing match for the Liverpool Under 18s as they were dumped out of the FA Youth Cup Fifth Round by Watford 1-0. Stephen Sama’s foul on Watford skipper Eddie Oshodi allowed Piero Mingoia to score from the penalty spot on 18 minutes to give the Hornets the only goal of the game. Tom Ince almost provided the first goal for Liverpool in the 12th minute, crossing from a corner for Conor Coady who jumped higher than anyone else to head the ball towards goal, only for his attempt to be blocked on the line by his own player Michael Ngoo.
