Masch’s Agent: We’ve already made first contact

|

Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano’s representative Marco Piccoli has said that he has already been in contact with Inter Milan over a possible move to the San Siro:

‘There has already been a first contact with director Marco Branca. We are evaluating the move hard and in the next few days we will have a new meeting to better establish the details of this transfer deal. There is nothing concrete at the moment, but we are in the talking phase.’

Mascherano has already said he has been learning Italian and it looks increasingly likely that the Argentinean captain will be leaving Anfield this summer.

Tapping up FTW? Surely any approach has to come through the club since he is under contract.

  • Jim2010 says:

It matters littel as he is clearly unhappy living in Liverpool so let him go and ensure we get a big sum for him ion the process.

He’s a premiership star player, a top quality holding player and the capt of Argentina. He should fetch top dollar.

I’d settle for nothing less than £30M min.

Liverpool take him from mediocrity, on the bench at West Ham and turn him into the player he is and he cuts and runs first chance he gets.

Well, this Liverpool fan for one would like to say a big ‘F**k you!’ to Mascherano. But I ain’t worried, defensive midfielders are ten a penny.

  • Lee says:

While he is a disloyal, lying tit he shouldn’t be sold for less than 30million

……but I’m sure the club will cave in as usual and flog him for something similar to what we paid for him.
