Italian Press: Inter hunting Red as Balotelli replacement?

|

The Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Liverpool’s Dirk Kuyt is high on Inter Milan’s priority list of transfer targets. The Italian club will be looking for a replacement for Mario Balotelli if the youngster leaves the club, and General Manager Marco Branca is expected to sign a direct replacement for the player. New Inter coach Rafa Benitez is a great admirer of the Dutch forward and Kuyt has admitted that he owes much of his career to the Spanish manager. Balotelli is rumoured to be in a 2 way fight between both Manchester clubs for his signature, and he would cost them both around £25-30m. The money raised from the sale would then be used to purchase a replacement, and Kuyt, according to the paper, is on a shortlist of names.

He can go if the price is right. He is a good player & good performance during world cup. Always give 110% each match. But, really really not enough. Sorry Kuyt, you can go with the right Price. My value for Kuyt is 13.5million. Remy (who) can cost that much, i think Kuyt(at least much more popular than Remy) also much valuable that Remy. Right Fella?

If Inter Milan want Dirk Kuyt and he want’s to leave do a swap for Mario Balotelli

Yes he does work tirelessly and that is commendable but our problems do not lie at the back where arguably Dirk does his best work, lack of goals and creating chances is our downfall, and im sorry but kuyt doesnt bring enough going forward for me.

He works his a*se off granted…..but he doesnt score enough or get enough assists. Just because you work hard doesnt mean you should play (Emile Heskey). Too many times does he get into good positions and cant deliver….too many times our fwd play breaks down because the wrong pass is played! Unfortunately I think the EPL is too fast for him and a transfer to Italy would actually be a good move for him and Liverpool.

Let him go because we need some fresh young and pacy legs in which kuyt lacks and money in the region of 12to15pounds will be an better deal for us……..

Dirk Kuyt has been a loyal servant and a good player for us, he has scored some important goals for us over the years also. But in all honesty we need a winger in who has pace, creativity, skill and excitement to play out wide right: A Sanchez Of Udinese Or A Turan Of Galatassary would solve that for the club.

We need another striker at club who can stretch teams, keep them on the back foot and get goals to help take the pressure off Torres.

So if Hodgson was to sell Kuyt to Inter, we should try and get £12-£15M for him, then to also sell Ngog for £4-£6M. Hodgson should then spend it either on L Podolski Of Cologne Or G Agbonglahor Of A Villa.

And to bring in a target man also: Bring back P Crouch of Tottenham Or C Cole Of West Ham.

As i think those players, would put fear in more defenders than kuyt and Ngog and that they would/could score and create alot more than Kuyt and Ngog.

It hurts me to hear my fellow KOP mates, want one of our hard working players to go. We have already lost Benayoun, Dirk would be a great loss to the club…when the team seems down Dirk is always on the run and attack. he never let dissapointed weigh him down. he puts his everything when he plays, i wonder if guys watched the world cup?DIRK WAS AMAZING.his sub did not perform as much as he did… he did not drive the ball forward against a barca side.
