Reds assisted in takeover search by firm that found G&H?

According to the News of the World, Liverpool are being assisted in their search for a takeover bidder by the same firm that found George Gillett and Tom Hicks. Inner Circle Sports, a New York based investment firm found the American owners for former Reds chairman David Moores back in 2007, and they are now one of six parties, according to the paper, currently in discussions with Barclays Capital, who are leading the search for new owners. Inner Circle Sports has a long track record in sport and claim to have previous involvements with Real Madrid, the Boston Celtics, the New York Mets as well having a role in the construction of Wembley Stadium.
