It has certainly been a difficult week being a Liverpool fan. After the last minute winner against Bolton last Saturday, we came back down with a jolt against Blackburn on Wednesday after a terrible 3-1 loss. As I write Roy Hodgson has been sacked as Liverpool manager and replaced by Kenny Dalglish until the end of the season. The blogs this week characterise the sense of despair and uncertainty around the club: David Tyrer writes in the aftermath of the defeat to Blackburn in “I’ve never felt such apathy” while we welcome back Niall Sherry with his article “This must surely be the end for our Mr Bean.” Many thanks to David Tyrer, Elliott Tunstall, Mark Wilson, John Toher, Kevin Messam, Zarif Rasul and Niall Sherry for writing for the site this week. Enjoy reading, if you can.
