The agent of Mark van Bommel, Mino Raiola, has confirmed Liverpool’s interest in the player but has stated that other offers on the table are “currently more interesting.” He said to German newspaper BILD,
“I know about Liverpool’s interest, but other offers are currently more interesting. I cannot guarantee 100% that he will stay (with Bayern), but there is no rush with negotiations – I just have to do a good job. I have got to find Mark the perfect club and we still have enough time for that.”
The 33 year old is also interesting AC Milan and Wolfsburg.
