Coentrao excited by Liverpool and Real Madrid interest

|

Benfica left back and Portugal international Fabio Coentrao has stated that although he would love to move to Liverpool, an offer to join up with Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid could be too hard to resist. He was quoted as saying:

“I love Liverpool, but who would not want to be coached by Mourinho?”

22 year old Coentrao has made 11 appearances for his country since making his debut against Bosnia & Herzegovina in the first leg of the World Cup qualifying play-off.

This week it is Liverpool fan Caroline Wozniacki!

Apart from Suarez, this should be another transfer we should be actively involved in bringing to the club.

the calibre of player Lfc SHOULD be signing but i just don’t see it happening!
rumours are that phillip mexes could be available for a paltry £5m!!!! now a back line of coentrao, mexes, agger and johnson (with a good defensive coach) would be mouth-watering!……IF ONLY!

Would certainly be a great signing but I can’t see him joining us, especially when Real Madrid are showing an interest in him.

Price does seem too rich for us for a defender,,, we are looking for strikers at this prices to sell on later at a profit,,,,, but would love to see him at Anfield,,, he is young and a superb talent,,, lets hope our owners have deep pockets and bring in 4 players like this in the next two weeks.

Glen Johnson cost us 18 mil and Fabio Coentrao is a much better player than him. He’s world class and can also play on the left wing, easily worth 20 mil this guy.
