With the current plight of Liverpool and their manager Roy Hodgson, I thought it might be apt to look through the history of Liverpool and look at the worst managers that the club have had. Considering its 120 year history, there have been surprisingly few that have failed and that is why the countdown is a top five rather than a top ten. Some familiar faces including the current manager and Graeme Souness have been featured, but who is the number worst ever manager of Liverpool Football Club?

Shutup Mark you and the rest of the clowns who think we should give Roy a chance because its our tradition. Well our tradition is to keep criticism in house and not to the media regarding players and fans, what happend to that under the new managment?
Besides he was at best brought in to steady the ship like a caretaker manager does, why do we need him now when there are suitable replacements out there. Aswell as that Roy doesn’t have the nouse to be a top manager and to manage a big club, would Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea ever choose him if they got rid of their managers? Your deluding yourself if you think Roy can bring home the trophy we all crave the Premier League.
Souness and Roy have to be up there regarding the worst managers we’ve had.

Roy is a mediocre manager suited to a mediocre team.
The supporters gave their backing to Rafa and he was dumped.
Now were supposed to follow the media and former players who ripped into Benitez but now demand we show loyalty to Woy.
