According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool are being frustrated by Blackpool’s asking price for Charlie Adam. The Reds are said to be preparing a £6.5m bid for the Scottish midfielder but the Tangarines want as much as £12million for the player. Liverpool offered £7.5m in January, according to the paper, but with Adam closer to the end of his contract and the fact that Blackpool have been relegated, means they are not prepared to pay a premium for the player. One of the reasons that Blackpool are so adamant over their valuation, according to the Mail, is that Rangers, manager Ian Holloway, Latvian co-owner Valeri Balokon and Adam himself are all due part of the fee leaving very little left for Blackpool themselves.

if not because of other clubs may come want to come and take him [adam charly]off from us ,i could’ve ask the managers to stay off untill jan.or next summer then we sign adam in bosman free.
