Liverpool’s new third kit for the 2011/12 season was unveiled last night. According to Liverpoolfc.tv, the kit “is white, cyan and black in colour, with the inclusion of cyan blue a throwback to Liverpool’s first ever home kit back in 1892 which incorporated alternate white and blue halves.” What do you think of the new kit?

Its a disgrace to our culture they put Blue in our shirt!
This may have been the colours of the first ever shirt but we changed it for a reason! Red & White are our colours!

To be fair it nice looking but, it just seems wrong to wear Blue. I cant beleive that there is no red in it at all.
Never it should be replaced by red. It does not look good to start with. This reminds me when Torres put on the Chelsea kit.

Blue, as soon as I saw it I thought it was a joke by a City supporter mocking gerrard up as a city player. I appreciate blue may have been the original colour but it just doesn’t look right
Well, design is good, but I think many like me, woild be disappointed with the absence of RED init,,, Still if it is our third kit, then who cares, I’d still buy it,.. Still I love the Black with the red line configuration, Anyways, this is our third kit,,. So cheer up ya all,,, We have better things to look forward for next season,, YNWA
Not sure about the style but it’s the best blue shirt on Merseyside EVER!!
Whilst I would prefer a red trim it’s no problem but if it is to be a reflection of the club’s original colours let’s have the correct design (blue & white squares). At least it’s not pink!!!
I’m a leeds fan but all of my family support liverpool, i like the shirt and my dad does too, it doesnt matter if its blue on the shirt it matters if you love the badge or not a shirt is a shirt the club stays the same.

I have had enough of the transfer window and its not even in full swing and the over seas market is not even open? – dear god when i see so called liverpool fans going on about adam and matt jarvis and scott – relegated dann, and over the price hill – gary cahill, and i even saw a fan had wrote he would rather have clichy then aly cissokho, its getting crazy and a total disgrace to be fair!!
So at this moment i couldnt give two F**** as to teh kit, becasue at teh moment if most of the news outlets have it right and if these crappy lfc fans get their wish our team will end up like this, and i will tell you we are finished for good…
