The Liverpool Echo is reporting that Liverpool are “baffled by reports” that they are set to lose out to Arsenal for Birmingham defender Scott Dann as he is not a transfer target. Meanwhile the Liverpool Daily Post is predicting that Kenny Dalglish will keep on spending in the transfer window saying that the Reds “will challenge Arsenal for the signature” of Dann. The contradictory reports suggest that they have little idea if Liverpool are interested in him or not.

When are these hacker going to get it? What did KK say when he took over? We will return to the Liverpool standards of old, (The Liverpool Way). When and if Liverpool buy Dann then we will be the first to know not the media. Until then they can guess at, copy and paste each others fairy tales or generally make mischief to their hearts content. just don’t believe them.
Liverpool have been in need of a central defender as much as a left back for a while, as good as Agger and Skirtel are i for one have never trusted them completely, Dann is a very good defender and would benefit Liverpool,but let us trust Kenny and dont forget that we have a lot of up and coming youngsters in defence which gives me for confidence for the future.
