Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has stated that Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani would be of interest to them:
“We could talk about Aquilani. He’s a midfielder with the characteristics that we are looking for so, like with other players in his role, he could be of interest.”
Meaanwhile, Fiorentina Head Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has told La Repubblica that a deal for Aquilani is not totally dead:
“Aquilani deal up in smoke? From now until the end of the market there is still plenty of time, let’s not lose hope. The club, myself, and director of sport Pantaleo Corvino have clear ideas and we know exactly what to do.”
