Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler believes Luis Suarez still needs to improve his finishing:
“Suarez has been superb, and Kenny deserves a lot of credit for backing his judgement on the player because the Dutch League isn’t one of the strongest. The only thing missing from Suarez’s game at the moment is goals. He has missed some chances, but if he can improve on that then he will be the complete player. Luis is a team player – that’s why the Liverpool fans have really taken to him – but as a forward you have to be selfish. He’s perfect for the No.7 shirt that Dalglish used to wear. He can be a legend at Anfield.”

Bang on Robbie that’s exactly what needs to be improved. In his career he has alot of assists and goals but more assists.
This season he has 3 goals 2 in the league but should have had more. He missed a pen and a few 1 on 1nz he just needs to be more composed infront of goal, but you got to be in them positions to miss. His movement off the ball is fantastic if he does improve infront of goal i expect him to score more then 20+ goals, he creates his own chances and his movement allows others to create for him once Gerrards back he will get more chances
i think we really need to find a number 9 that will understand Suarez’s movement. whatever fans say about Torres he would of been an ideal partner for Suarez. maybe they should start looking in our reserves and youth because as good as Carroll is he will never have the movement to gel with Suarez. we need a fox in the box like utd’s Hernandez maybe give Morgan some training sessions to see if he fits or find a Torres type player in jan
even if Suarez doe’s score twenty he needs an out and out striker alongside him as Suarez will make as many goals as he will score
