Although there haven’t been any Liverpool matches this week, there has been no shortage of news. The press have tried to make a big thing out of Andy Carroll’s fitness despite there being little to go on. On a more positive front though everyone returned from international fixtures unscathed and are ready to face Stoke this afternoon. Everyone knows what to expect from the Potters and it will surely be a difficult game. The blogs have ranged on a variety of subjects this week and makes sure to check out Abhijan Barua’s article on player agents in “It’s not Bosman’s fault, it is pure greed.” Also make sure to have a look at David Tyrer’s article over media criticism regarding the club in “Let’s use this press negativity to create a siege mentality.” Many thanks to David Tyrer, Abhijan Barua and Mark Wilson for writing for the site this week. Enjoy reading!
