Steven Gerrard – Not Gerrard’s best game for his country but far from his worst. He’ll take the brunt of the blame, completely unfairly, but that’s what the country always likes: a scapegoat. It’s just a shame for Gerrard, as there were 2 far more deserving ones in the manager and Rooney.
