Youngster, Martin Odegaard, who will turn 16 in December this year, only made his debut in club football this year and quickly followed this with his senior international debut against the United Arab Emirates on 27th August, appearing again in his nation’s European Championship qualification game against Bulgaria. In that game he broke a long-standing record for youngest ever player to appear in a European Championship qualification game.
The Stromsgodset midfielder has played 20 times this season, chipping in 5 goals and has turned heads all season long with his incredible and mature performances, drawing praise from all corners of world football.
With the player known to be a huge Liverpool fan, it would appear that Brendan Rodgers has a trump card to play, should he show any interest in the youngster. Quite frankly if he doesn’t, then you’d have to ask some serious questions about Liverpool’s youth scouts!

definitely sign alli. we do have talented youngsters coming through in odegaard’s position i.e. phillips and rossiter. how good is he really and how good is the norwegian league? saying that, i would prefer we sign him than man u!
The club always has to keep on top of snapping up talented young players and this lad looks a class apart. Agree about signing Dele Alli too though. Get them both in Jan and a proper striker like Berahino.
