Brad Jones – A very solid deputizing display from the Australian who didn’t put a foot wrong and showed a confidence we’ve missed with Mignolet in goal. His distribution – or attempts at it – were scuppered by a complete lack of willingness to break by his team-mates. Rating – 6
Am personally happy for the performance of Borini and Mario. They will make a good partner am sure. They should both start at Newcastle.
