Simon Mignolet – While Brad Jones’s pro-active style of goalkeeping impressed in mid-week, Mignolet was back today, looking nervous, scared and generally the polar opposite of what a top class goalkeeper should. Not at fault for the goal but he rarely got near any of the balls he came for and the opposition sides are now looking to psych Mignolet out (see Taylor’s attempts at set-pieces), having identified him as a weak link in the Liverpool side. another poor performance from the entire squad Johnson is just way off the pace, gerrard the same. We signed Lallana & Markovicz for 46m when we needed Wanyama & Schneiderlin. Dear me. Still dont understand what Wisdom has done not to get a run in the team, gets sent out on loan while Johnson carries on with his usual 4 out of 10 displays.
