Lucas was one of the standout performers again, against Sunderland today
The frustration around Anfield today was so palpable, you could almost touch it. Such was the feeling of 2 points dropped, as Sunderland managed to hold the Reds to a nil-nil draw.
Given the results of Chelsea, Everton, Spurs and Arsenal, Liverpool could have really made up some ground on their rivals, whilst putting some real distance between them and others but it just wasn’t to be.

One thing that gets me, is lack of energy, running, aggression in this team. Why? Never mind. Another point towards safety.
All things considered. A good point at home to a fellow mid table team. The bar has been lowered so much, we no longer need to try hard.
