Now seen consistently as the main challenger to Juventus’ dominance in Italy, Rudi Garcia has performed spectacularly since arriving at the Italian capital in June 2013.
Having led Lille to the league title in France, Garcia came close with Roma last season but Juventus were too strong. However, they are continuing to put up a stern fight this season, signing experienced players such as Ashley Cole and Seydou Keita in the summer alongside younger talent in Juan Manuel Iturbe and Davide Astori.
Added to the already talented squad containing the likes of Miralem Pjanic, Kevin Strootman, Maicon, Francesco Totti, Daniele De Rossi, Gervinho and Mattia Destro and Roma could easily win the Europa League themselves. Threat Rating: 9/10
