Jones isn’t a bad keeper, just not right for LFC
Brad Jones – This has been a fairly obvious one for a few years but each window goes by and the Aussie keeper is still here.
Jones is by no means a bad player but he just isn’t an LFC quality player. With Pepe Reina, the club had few worries about a dip in form from lack of competition but if Simon Mignolet’s mid-season slump showed anything, it’s that a genuine contender for the number one jersey is needed in the summer and Jones just isn’t it.
