The French midfield star is apparently a target for Liverpool and a host of top clubs
In a strange report this morning, Liverpool are said to be chasing Nice star, and former Newcastle midfielder, Hatem Ben Arfa who has been having a hell of a season in the French first division.
The 28 year old French international joined the French club in the summer from the Premier League, after never really setting the English top-flight alight during his time at Newcastle.
But having returned to his homeland, Ben Arfa has returned to form with 12 goals for the side this season and French website Le 10 Sport are claiming that Jurgen Klopp wants to bring the midfielder back to the Premier League.
Quite why they’ve made these claims is anyone’s guess, but they also claim that Inter, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are apparently chasing the French player.
You’d think that’d be enough but they also throw in the PSG are keen to sign the midfield star (presumably there’s a spare spot on the French giants’ bench), and despite having yet to make a bid, the club’s owner would welcome a bid for his star player.
