Udinese midfielder Piotr Zielinski has confirmed that he will decide on his next destination after the European Championships in France.

The 22 year old has been linked with moves to Napoli, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund in recent weeks, and his form for Empoli whilst on loan at the Serie A club has helped him to gain a place in Poland’s final 23 man squad for the Euros. He wants to focus on the tournament before talking about his future again. He told metropolisweb.it

“Borussia Dortmund, Napoli and Liverpool? It ??is not the first time that you ask me. For now all I think about is the Euros where I want to do well and to show off, then I will think to choose my destination. it takes time.”

Zielinski was rumoured to be close to a move to Liverpool a couple of weeks ago according to reports in his native Poland but interest seems to have cooled with Napoli looking the most likely to sign the player. They are however currently in negotiations for Porto midfielder Hector Herrera and that could suggest that Zielinski isn’t their first choice target either. We will now have to wait until after the Euros to find out more.
