Napoli have offered €15million for AC Milan left back Mattia De Sciglio according to gazzamercato.it. The offer was however turned down by the Rossoneri as they are demanding €25million.
Milan are in a bit of difficulty at the moment as their new Chinese owners won’t provide the majority of their €100m investment until September and it has caused the club major problems with their transfer activity this summer. They need to sell players before new manager Vincenzo Montella can buy, and they are trying to offload either striker Carlos Bacca or De Sciglio if they get the right offer.
Bacca is believed to be close to a £20million move to West Ham but he is said to be holding out for a move Paris Saint-Germain while De Sciglio has also been linked with both Liverpool and Juventus with the Reds looking to provide cover for their only senior left back Alberto Moreno.
