According to The Mirror, Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho is set for a move away in January with a number of clubs looking at securing his services.

The report claims that Premier League side West Brom are in contention for the player’s services as well as Serie A rivals AC and Inter Milan.

The French centre half has not featured once for the Reds this season due to a breakdown in his relationship with Jurgen Klopp after he was sent home from the club’s pre-season tour of the United States early.

And now, he could be set to leave the club at least on a temporary basis with the two Italian sides apparently keen to take him on loan from the Anfield side.

West Brom, meanwhile, had a move for the defender rejected by the player in the summer but that appears to have not halted their interest in bringing him in in January.

Time for Sakho to go, Reds? Let us know below…
