According to The Mirror, Reds target Gabriel Barbosa could be available for a loan move in January from Serie A club Inter Milan.
The young Brazilian, dubbed ‘the new Neymar’ and ‘Gabigol,’ has not had the best time of it so far in Italy with the Nerazzurri and has played very little part in their season so far.
Not that he’s missed much, of course, with Inter only seventh in the league after what has been a tumultuous start to proceedings this season.
They’ll undoubtedly be hoping for brighter things in 2017 and so will the Brazilian but it appears he may be looking for as such elsewhere on a temporary deal.
The Mirror suggests the news may be of interest to the Reds who have been linked with him and a loan move may appeal to Jurgen Klopp more than a permanent switch to allow him to run the rule over the player.
