Marauding forward
The former Monaco has the similar ability to Yaya Toure in that he can really drive forwards from midfield.
With that in mind our first option sees him on one of the sides of central man Jordan Henderson in the midfield three. It would likely see Adam Lallana pressing from one side whilst Kondogbia would take up the ‘Emre Can/Georginio Wijnaldum’ role of turning defence to attack. From his displays at Inter Milan he’d be very good at that.
