Now this was a performance.
The 2008/09 season saw one of the best Liverpool sides for some time finish four points off of top spot and this was the result that kept us in the title race right until the end. United were threatening to pull away at the top but we managed to come back from a goal down to batter them 4-1 on their own turf.
