Learning from your mistakes comes as a vital part of being a successful football club and, as quoted by The Liverpool Echo, Jurgen Klopp appears determined that the club do as such.

The Reds made a pretty serious mistake in not signing players in January with it putting pay to our title chances this season.

Even so, we’re looking good for a top four challenge and next season might just hold a more prolonged challenge at the top of the table if the German’s words are anything to go by.

We need to make sure we’re quick to act in the transfer window when it opens in the summer for sure and the work ahead of that seems to already be being done.

Klopp said:

“We are in talks with different people – players, agents, all that stuff.

“Not a lot of decisions have been already made at this point. Why should they at this stage?

“But we are on the way. At the end I’m sure we will have a really good squad.”

Decent words from the boss, then, and now we hope he manages to follow up on them with some top signings.
