Kick-off is fast approaching for the Reds tonight as we travel to Leicester City and whilst the squad prepares for that, an update on Marko Grujic’s injury has been offered.
The young midfielder hasn’t featured too often for the Reds so far largely thanks to injuries though there is genuine excitement about him when he gets up to full speed.
That shouldn’t be too far off now, either, with him back in training with the rest of the team.
As Rousing the Kop reports, the Serbian is back out on the grass and now it remains to be seen if he can force himself into Jurgen Klopp’s plans before the end of the season.
We’d like to see more of him, too, especially given he’s got such a high reputation and the fact that we are short in those central midfield positions.
