Image for Klopp reveals key Reds man touch and go for Leicester game tonight

We’re hours away from kick-off tonight as the Reds head to Leicester to face the champions on their own turf.

In this fixture last season we lost 2-1 with a Jamie Vardy wonderstrike thrown into the bargain but how things have changed since.

The Foxes are a shadow of their former selves with Claudio Ranieri now out of the side and now there could be every chance of a strong reaction from them against us tonight.

We’ll have to be ready, then, though it seems in the balance as to whether Dejan Lovren starts tonight.

As quoted by ClubCall, Jurgen Klopp said:

“He will be very, very close – tight – for the Leicester game, but having him back in training is of course good for us.”

Time to hold tight and see what happens, then, with us surely hoping the Croatian will be fit to make it into the side.

If not, though, it’ll be Ragnar Klavan or Lucas Leiva to partner Joel Matip at the heart of defence.

Thoughts, Reds? Let us know below!
