According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, AC Milan are interested in signing Daniel Sturridge from Liverpool in the summer.
Sturridge’s Liverpool career really does look to be coming to an end at the moment with him not even getting close to starting for the club at most points this season.
If he’s not been injured he’s been out of form and that looks to have finally set him on course to leave the club.
How times have changed, too, when he was once our most relied upon source of goals and now it could be that he becomes that for the Italian giants instead.
Milan could do with the extra fire-power at the moment with them looking hard-pressed to reach the Champions League and so the signing of Sturridge could be ideal for them.
We’re hoping we get a decent amount for him if we do sell, though, as he still has the potential to be a top European level forward in the right environment.
