The international break might be over but the transfer rumours used to fill it are certainly not abating.
Indeed, without any club football to take in we have been subject to plenty of rumours in recent days with some far more believable than others.
You’d think, though, with Premier League football back this weekend that would slow down a bit but it appears anything but is about to happen.
Indeed, according to Spanish outlet okdiario we’re going to be beaten to the signing of Marco Asensio by La Liga club Sevilla.
This, of course, isn’t ideal with Asensio looking to be a top young talent but we’re not actually sure whether we were that aware of the club’s interest anyway.
Certainly, he’s a player that hadn’t really been mentioned with the club recently and so this is a story we’re not too bothered by.
