According to ibianconero.com (via Calciomercato.com,) Emre Can is on a list of midfielders Juventus are looking at to potentially sign in the summer.
It’s been a pretty frustrating season for Can who appeared to have things cracked at the start of the campaign.
He was scoring goals and looking like the powerful, mobile midfielder we’ve needed for some time that can cover all areas of the pitch.
More recently, though, his confidence has looked shot and it’s only in the game against Arsenal – playing as a holding midfielder for a change – where he began to look comfortable again.
Certainly, then, he’s got much to improve on – making this Juventus rumour somewhat difficult to believe – with the likes of Mahmoud Dahoud and Leon Goretzka also reportedly in the Turin club’s reckoning.
Would we sell him? Probably not at the moment, but if a big bid comes in we certainly think it’s something that could be explored.
