According to The Daily Mail, the race for Dominic Solanke is getting more competitive with new sides joining the race.
The young Chelsea striker hasn’t really managed to force his way into their first team up to now with the likes of Diego Costa in front of him in the pecking order.
Indeed, that could be a factor to help explain why things have been so slow in him renewing his contract at the club and it looks like there’s a real queue of sides looking to profit.
We’re one of them, too, but we’ve been joined by Red Bull Leipzig and Bayern Munich – suggesting that he evidently does have quality waiting to be unlocked.
Honestly, though, we’d rather see a more experienced and proven Premier League striker come in before him as we feel we can’t continue to take punts on players with the league so competitive now.
