According to The Daily Mail, Alberto Moreno is a target for both Inter Milan and AC Milan ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Spanish left-back’s Liverpool career has been far from successful since he joined from Sevilla under Brendan Rodgers.
Initially, to be fair, he started brightly with some eye-catching surges forward but, in time, that novelty wore off to leave the realisation that we’d got another defender in that, put simply, couldn’t defend.
Indeed, the move to put James Milner in at left-back for this season only served more evidence that Moreno was beginning to be surplus to requirements and now it looks like he could be on his way out before too long.
Both Inter and AC are still struggling to really get back to the top of Serie A so it’s a bit of a mystery as to why they want the Spaniard but, nevertheless, we’d be happy for him to go.
