Well, the top four race took another twist last night and not for the right reasons in terms of the Reds’ prospects.

Indeed, it was a frustrating night at Anfield as the Reds laboured to a draw against the Cherries in a game that once again suggested we’re not ready to put the ‘lesser sides’ to the sword.

Things started poorly when Gini Wijnaldum’s poor back pass allowed Benik Afobe and, despite goals from Philippe Coutinho and Divock Origi, we somehow couldn’t hold on to things.

Indeed, Josh King turned Ragnar Klavan before firing home at that was the last say in the game as it finished 2-2.

Time, then, for the Reds to take stock and sort this out before the remaining games in this Champions League run-in and, whilst they do that, here are three things we picked up ourselves…
